FOOD HYGIENE RATING

At JDJ we currently hold a 5 rating for food hygiene. This reflects our companies policy of high standards of both systems operations and hygiene.

FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATION

All staff are certified to a level 2 or above in food standards and hygiene.

STS ACCREDITATION

This accreditation enables us to excel in the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
